Nothing beats a refreshing chilled Starbucks Frappuccino cup, filled with marshmallow fluff, chocolate sauce, whipped cream, and of course, Coffee!

This is one of my absolute favorite Starbucks drinks. Besides the heavenly and creamy taste of the S’mores Frap Starbucks, it’s actually really easy to make the healthy, homemade, version of it, or as I like to call it the copycat S’mores Frappuccino. Where you can adjust its creaminess and sweetness according to your preference.

Some important tips:

  • You can add more ice to the mix which will thicken it but will be less creamy. So start by adding only a cup at first then increase for a thicker consistency.
  • If you want a darker color, go for a darker coffee roast.
  • It’s important to sift the icing sugar to avoid the formation of any lumps in the whipped cream.
  • You can start with only half a tablespoon of granulated sugar for less sweetness and increase if needed.
