- 1 cup of pineapple juice
- 1 ½ cups of coconut milk
- 1 ½ teaspoon of matcha green tea powder
- ¼ teaspoon of ginger powder
- 2-3 tablespoons of simple syrup for sweetness (you can also use honey and adjust sweetness according to your taste)
