Nothing can beat Starbucks’ refreshing summer drinks, especially the ones made with the delicious Asian Dragon fruit. Dragon drink recipe is one of my personal favorite Starbucks drinks. It’s sweet, creamy, and has a beautiful and appetizing pink color!

This tropical beverage is made of mango juice mixed with dragon fruit flavor, all in the creamy and sweet coconut milk served with dragon fruit pieces and ice. Trust me. It tastes as flavorful as it looks. And you get to adjust its sweetness to your taste!

Pro tips:

  • You can use apple juice or any light-colored juice instead of the white grape juice.
  • Check whether the coconut milk is sweetened or not to adjust the sweetness of the juice.
  • Green coffee is optional for caffeinated or decaffeinated juice. If you want caffeinated juice, then use the powder from the green coffee capsules.
  • You can get rid of the black particles in the juice by straining the mix through a coffee filter or a cheesecloth.
  • You can use stevia as a healthier alternative to simple syrup.
